This policy explains what information Nexza Solutions collects, why we collect it, how it is stored, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the services we deliver to clients.
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to deliver work you have engaged us for. That falls into two groups.
- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write in an enquiry or consultation form.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type.
- Information you share during a project: access credentials, content, and any data held in systems we are asked to work on.
2. Why we collect it
Each purpose below is the only reason we hold the corresponding data. We do not repurpose it later without asking.
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you have engaged us for.
- To send updates you have explicitly asked to receive, which you can stop at any time.
- To understand how this site is used so we can improve it.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third-party advertising networks. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent us an enquiry — marketing email requires you to opt in separately.
4. Where it is stored
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest on managed cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to team members who need it for their work, and credentials are held in a password manager rather than shared informally.
Client project data stays within the environments agreed for that project. We do not copy client databases onto personal machines.
5. Third-party processors
We use a small number of providers to run the business. Each holds only the data its function requires, under its own agreement with us. We will name them in full on request.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Email delivery and marketing platforms, where you have opted in.
- Analytics, configured to avoid collecting personal data we do not need.
- Payment processors, which handle card details directly — we never see or store them.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records relating to paid work are retained for as long as tax and contract law requires. Anything beyond those periods is deleted.
7. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to do the following, and we will action the request within 30 days at no charge.
- Provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your data, except where we are legally required to retain it.
- Stop using it for a particular purpose, including marketing.
8. Children
Our services are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. Where the change affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
Questions about this policy
If anything in this privacy policy is unclear, email info@nexzasolutions.com or get in touch. We would rather explain it before you sign than argue about it afterwards.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. It goes to the processors that run the service — hosting, email delivery, analytics — and nowhere else. Those are listed in the policy with what each one handles.
Questions About Our Privacy Policy?
