1. Consent
We send marketing email only to people who have asked to receive it. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything.
For client campaigns we require the same standard, and we verify how a list was built before the first send.
2. Lists we will not send to
We will decline the work rather than send to any of the following, because it damages sender reputation and in most jurisdictions breaks the law.
- Purchased, rented or scraped lists.
- Lists where consent cannot be evidenced.
- Contacts who have previously unsubscribed or marked mail as spam.
3. Every email we send
Regardless of platform or client, every marketing email includes:
- A clear identification of who is sending it.
- A working one-click unsubscribe, honoured immediately rather than within ten days.
- A subject line that accurately describes the content.
- A physical or registered business address.
4. List hygiene
We remove hard bounces immediately and sunset contacts who have not engaged in a defined period. A smaller engaged list reaches more real inboxes than a large stale one.
5. Reporting a problem
If you received email from us or from a campaign we run and believe it was unsolicited, email info@nexzasolutions.com. We will investigate, tell you how the address was obtained, and remove it.
