What may and may not be run on infrastructure we host or manage. The purpose is keeping shared infrastructure safe and lawful for every client on it.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use our hosting to store, publish or distribute:
- Anything unlawful in Pakistan or in the jurisdiction where the content is served.
- Malware, phishing pages, or material designed to deceive people into giving up credentials or payment details.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
- Material depicting the exploitation of children, which we report to the relevant authorities without notice.
2. Prohibited activity
Equally, our infrastructure may not be used to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email, or send to purchased lists.
- Attack, scan or attempt unauthorised access to any other system.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads that consume shared resources disproportionately.
- Operate open proxies, or relay traffic to disguise its origin.
3. Resource use
Plans are sized to a traffic profile agreed with you. If your usage grows past it we will contact you to resize rather than throttling you without warning. Sudden abusive load may be rate-limited immediately to protect other clients.
4. Security responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your own credentials secure and for the actions of users you grant access to. Tell us immediately if you suspect an account has been compromised.
5. Enforcement
Where we can, we will contact you and give you a chance to fix the problem. Where content is actively harming others — an active phishing page, for example — we may suspend it first and explain afterwards. Repeated or deliberate breaches end the agreement.
