We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a working standard, on this site and on the sites we deliver. This statement describes where we are and how to tell us when we fall short.
1. What we aim for
WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means sufficient colour contrast, visible focus states, keyboard operability, sensible heading structure, descriptive alt text on images, and labelled form fields.
2. What we do on this site
Specific measures currently in place:
- Semantic headings in order, so screen readers can navigate by structure.
- Descriptive alternative text on every content image.
- Text and background combinations checked against AA contrast ratios.
- Keyboard access to navigation, accordions and forms, with focus never trapped.
- Layouts that reflow to 320px width without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion limited, and animation disabled where the visitor prefers reduced motion.
3. Known limitations
We are honest that this is ongoing rather than finished. Embedded third-party content is not always under our control, and complex interactive components are the most likely place for a gap. Where we find one we fix it rather than documenting it and moving on.
4. Telling us about a problem
If you cannot access something on this site, email info@nexzasolutions.com describing the page and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix genuine barriers as a priority, not a backlog item.
5. Accessibility in client work
Accessibility is built into our design and build process rather than sold as an extra. If you have a specific compliance obligation — a public sector requirement, for example — tell us at the scoping stage so we can plan and test against it properly.
